Precipitation is always scarce, except for the months of December and January, where sometimes it’s cloudy, it rains and there is wind. Malapascua has no seasonality problems: normally from June to October it is warm and humid while from November to May it is less warm and drier. The water temperature, on the surface, goes from 27 to 30 degrees Celsius, the air temperature from 28 of January to 35 of August (the lowest ever recorded is 24 degrees Celsius, at night in January). If you don’t tolerate the great heat, please prefer the months from December to April, possibly avoiding the Christmas-New Year, Chinese New Year and Easter holidays if you don’t like the crowd. If instead you like the heat, then the summer months, from May to November, are perfect.
