DELUXE Cottage

DELUXE cottages are independent units facing the Marine Protected Area and offer a wonderful view of the ocean and the sunset, the most beautiful of Malapascua.

Spacious and bright, furnished with bamboo furniture and wooden floors, they have a wonderful terrace where you can relax reading or simply watching and listening to the ocean.

EQUIPMENT:
Air conditioning and ceiling fan, private bathroom with hot shower, minibar and electric kettle, safe. Double bed and optional single bed, entrance door and windows with mosquito net and blackout curtains, balcony with sofa. Free WiFi, daily cleaning.

SUPERIOR Cottage

SUPERIOR cottages are independent units located just few meters from our private beach and offer a partial ocean view.

Spacious and bright, furnished with bamboo furniture and wooden floors, they have a wonderful private terrace.

STANDARD Room

STANDARD rooms are located in two-story villas built in the central area of the resort, surrounded by our wonderful gardens full of tropical flowers and still few meters far from our private beach.

Spacious and bright, they are furnished with bamboo furniture and wooden floors; equipped with a terrace where you can relax.

NOTE

Tepanee Beach Resort is located in a non-flat area: from the reception to the rooms and the beach on the back there are stairs to go up and down. The steps are wide and low, but they do exist: please be aware of this when choosing our hotel for your stay.
We are nature-&-animals-lovers and we are in a tropical island: be aware that at Tepanee you will find not only flowers in our garden but also dogs, cats, birds, insects, ... which we will ask you to respect.
